About Leanne Schneider-Rose

Leanne is a partner who assists companies and individuals in the insolvency process; creditors seeking to obtain payment through the insolvency process, such as the presentation of winding up or bankruptcy petitions and/or statutory demands.

Leanne also acts for directors in dealing with claims against them following a company insolvency, made by an Insolvency Practitioner, Creditor or the Insolvency Service. Leanne also acts for banks in asset recovery and the restructuring of loan facilities and has a plethora of experience in dealing with the Administration process and the appointment of Fixed Charge or Law of Property Act Receivers.

For many years, Leanne has acted for Insolvency practitioners in all aspects of insolvency to include selling the business and assets in an insolvent entity and dealing with contentious Insolvency matters such as preference and undervalue claims or claims against directors such as misfeasance, wrongful or fraudulent trading.

Leanne, who lives in Germany and works in Birmingham, has knowledge of the way in which various systems work in Germany. She is therefore able to assist Insolvency Practitioners who have been appointed Trustees in bankruptcy of a German national, in investigating assets that may be outside of the UK but situated in Germany.
