Over £2,000 raised for charities

We could not have wished for a better course or such glorious weather on our Golf Day.  Both the teams and the course were on good form.

Insol won the inaugural Sydney Mitchell Charity Golf Day Competition held at Robin Hood Golf Club Course in Solihull on 11 September.  They won with a remarkable 90 points, closely followed by Freedom Technical and Merito Financial Services in third place.  The longest drive was won by Tom Addyman, Santander and nearest to the pin by Ed Hodgson.

Great Competition

The competition was exciting with jokers and mulligans available to make the competition unpredictable.  A fantastic £2000 was raised from the event and the money will go to our two chosen charities, the Maria Watt Foundation and the Birmingham Women's Charity Hosptial Neo Natal Unit.

Div Singh, Senior Partner, commented:

Congratulations to all the Winnners!

A big thank you to Ultimate Finance who sponsored one of the holes and we are very grateful for the generosity of the teams taking part.  We are pleased to be able to raise funds for two such great charities.

The greens were fast and furious and what a glorious day for a competition.

Monies are still coming in, but we are hopeful of raising over £1500.
