Leanne Schneider-Rose

Leanne is a partner in our Dispute Resolution team with over 20 years experience and is also recognised as a leading partner in the Legal 500 directory. She specialises in restructuring and insolvency and debt recovery dealing with corporate and personal insolvency with a particular interest in receiver work acting for lenders, insolvency practitioners and receivers.

Heleena Gandham

Heleena is an Associate solicitor in the Dispute Resolution team and also recognised as a leading associate in the Legal 500 directory. She has worked on a wide variety of cases including insolvency, commercial and civil litigation matters for both individuals and businesses. Heleena regularly acts for bridging lenders and individuals in respect of possession claims for regulated and non-regulated lending. Heleena advises bridging lenders on their enforcement and recovery options and has experience dealing with consumer credit matters particularly claims of unfair relationship against bridging lenders in breach of the Consumer Credit Act.
