“Some firms will stand with you when it is raining but we will stand with you through the storm.”

Similar to a Hurricane sweeping in and causing untold havoc, an accident at work is akin to the personal devastation which you and your family may feel as a result - with swirling winds which envelop all around following such an event, be it physical, financial or emotional.

The result may seem unending and the path not always clear, but getting the right advice at the right time will certainly help.

A hurricane begins as a tropical storm over moist waters and as the moisture evaporates it rises until enormous amounts of heated moist air are twisted high in the atmosphere. Just like an employer’s failure to follow basic health and safety, it may appear irrelevant at first and pose little or no risk but as time passes this failure builds and will expose you to a risk which you would not have otherwise faced. You and your family are then left picking up the pieces, if the unthinkable occurs and you are injured.

We see many types of accident at work arising from faulty machinery, items falling from overhead, people falling from height. The list appears to be endless and non-exhaustive but it is not the employers exposed to the emotional storm which follows, it’s the injured worker.

It is then a matter of picking up the pieces and rebuilding what has been lost. We can help by providing you with access to our wealth of experience and put you back in the position you ought to have faced and enjoy clear skies once again.
