About Jessica Ball

Jessica is a Paralegal in our Employment Law team. She supports the team on a wide rang of employment matters including settlement agreements, Employment Tribunal claims, whistleblowing investigations, and general advisory work for both employers and employees.

Prior to joining the Employment team, Jessica gained experience in the Private Client department where she assisted with a variety of matters involving Wills, Trusts and the Administration of Estates. This broad foundation has given her valuable insight into client care and the diverse legal issues individuals and businesses face.

Jessica is enthusiastic in ensuring that her clients feel at ease when discussing sensitive and personal issues ensuring that they feel supported through their matter. Jessica’s experience has also given her a well-rounded understanding of client needs and a strong foundation in delivery practical, empathetic support.

Background

Jessica graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2019 with an LLB in History & Philosophy. During this time, Jessica was highly involved with the University’s rugby team following a successful period representing Worcester, Midlands and England at under 18 level.

Jessica then began her legal academic journey completing the Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) with the University of Law and then went on to complete the Legal Practice Course (LPC) with an LLM. She transferred into Employment Law as part of her training to qualify as a solicitor and is committed to developing her expertise in this area.

Outside of work, she enjoys hot yoga and visiting Padstow, where she loves exploring the coastline and trying out the local food spots.
