About Claire Sargant

Claire is a Senior Solicitor in the Family Team based in Sheldon. She believes it is important to build a strong rapport with her clients and gives pragmatic advice to achieve the best outcome for her clients.

Claire has dealt with all aspects of family law including:

• Divorce
• Financial remedy applications
• Cohabitation agreements
• Separation agreements
• Non molestation orders
• Disputes regarding children

She has also previously dealt with property transactions arising from my family matters.
