About Chloe Bolton

Chloe handles claims from start to end, meeting with clients and commencing litigation with a view to solving clients' disputes.

Chloe prepares and issue proceedings and pursues through to trial where necessary.  She also deals with matters where a client needs to defend a claim brought against them.

At Sydney Mitchell she has a broad range of experience dealing with debt recovery matters, breach of contract disputes and professional negligence, in addition to contentious trusts and probate work which includes disputing wills, removing Executors or Trustees, breach of fiduciary duties, and financial abuse.  This includes bringing claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975.

Previously she has worked in the Finance Department of a law firm, transferring into a fee earning role and gaining experience in a motor defence team which meant dealing with claims from RTA’s and defending liability, dealing with credit hire and personal injury resulting from the accident and also reviewing and considering fraudulent activity relating to the accident.
