Adam deals with all types of conveyancing from general house sales and purchases to advising small developers.    He also deals with lease extensions, purchasing of freeholds.

Adam has extensive knowledge of the Birmingham City Centre and surrounding areas, having dealt with a large number of property investors in the region.

Adam understands that the conveyancing process can be very stressful for all parties concerned in all types of transactions.  His aim is to ensure that all matters throughout the process are dealt with effectively and efficiently to enable a swift conclusion in the smoothest possible manner.
