About Adam Hodson

Adam was raised and educated in Shropshire. Having obtained his LLB (Hons) at the University of Wales, Aberystwyth in 2004 and graduating from The College of Law, Chester in 2005, Adams’ legal career began in earnest when he joined a top 100 firm of solicitors in Wolverhampton as a Paralegal in 2006.

Adam came to realise that his main interest lay in the field of personal injury law, and after commencing a training contract in 2007, he qualified as a specialist personal injury solicitor in 2009. He quickly began to develop a varied and complex caseload, acting for clients who had been the innocent victims of serious road traffic collisions, catastrophic accidents at work, and occupational diseases such as asthma and asbestos poisoning. Adam subsequently went on to develop a specialist interest in clinical negligence litigation.

Adam assists those who have been victims of personal injury and/or medical negligence and offers advice in a clear and straight-forward manner, but with sensitivity and compassion.

Adam understands that each and every one of his clients are unique, and whilst some people may want to pursue compensation claims, others may simply want an apology,  their questions answered, or just some initial advice. He is committed to working closely with his clients to understand their individual needs and to work with them towards obtaining the best possible result for them.

Recent Cases

Adam has recently represented the family of a man who suffered an avoidable ruptured brain aneurysm, who was left catastrophically disabled as a result. Adam successfully sued the Hospital Trust responsible and managed to obtain a full admission of breach of duty, paving the way for a settlement.

Adam has also recently represented a client who suffered a 17-month delay in diagnosing stomach cancer, which sadly has left the client with a terminal prognosis. Adam was able to prove that earlier intervention would have led to the clients’ cancer being treated and cured, and as a result the Hospital Trust responsible admitted negligence.
