This service can include a complete review of existing contracts of employment and other employment related documentation to ensure compliance with employment legislation and case law. If there are any defective procedures, policies or documentation these will be corrected. In addition, this service can be used in relation to new ventures to ensure employment law compliance is achieved at the outset.

Commercial Consultants

Our team can provide a complete review of all of our client's standard terms and conditions of trading to ensure they are enforceable and that they limit the financial risk to the client. As part of the service the trading practices of the business can also be reviewed to ensure there are no issues regarding the incorporation of the client's contractual terms into any contracts with a third party.
