This service can include a complete review of existing contracts of employment and other employment related documentation to ensure compliance with employment legislation and case law. If there are any defective procedures, policies or documentation these will be corrected. Our team can provide a complete review of all of our client's standard terms and conditions of trading to ensure they are enforceable and that they limit the financial risk.
