Tony specialises in all types of commercial property transactions. He deals particularly with transactions from greenfield site through to obtaining detailed planning consent, funding, construction through to Practical Completion (when signed off by the architect and keys are obtained.) of the construction of new buildings. He also gives advice on:

  • Purchase, sale and leasing
  • Refinancing

Recent Cases

Tony was involved with the setting up of a "From 8 'til late" Health Clinic in the grounds of Solihull hospital, which was built, commissioned and opened in three months. These new clinics enable patients to be seen by a GP without an appointment.

Tony has been a qualified Solicitor for 30 plus years.

Conferences and Seminars

Tony has spoken at a number of events, including one entitled, ‘The future of the NHS from a GP's perspective' and another that discussed company formations and Limited Liability partnerships. Both were aimed at Doctors and were held in central Birmingham.

Interests and Hobbies

Tony is an active member of Rotary International. He has travelled to Romania on many occasions, visiting orphanages and distributing shoe boxes of equipment to children. Tony has also helped in schools and impoverished villages in Transylvania.
