Sundeep is an assistant solicitor in the dispute resolution team specialising in all types of property, contract and negligence related disputes.

Sundeep helps to resolve clients professional negligence claims against surveyors, accountants and solicitors.

He also helps clients to resolve commercial property related disputes comprising:

  • Rent and service charge arrears recovery
  • Tenant insolvency
  • Termination of leases by break notice, surrender or forfeiture
