We charge a fixed fee which will be agreed with you from the start.
All our fees include the following unless stated otherwise:
- Attending on client
- Taking instructions
- Advising and considering documents
- Preparing and submitting the application with detailed legal representations
- Booking biometric appointments
- Providing follow up advice on timelines and the outcome of the application
The fee does not include:
- Home Office / Visa fees and any Premium Service supplements

There may also be other disbursements, subject to getting fee quotes and which will be agreed with you beforehand:
- Housing Reports for Immigration purposes, where necessary
- Cost for an on-going appeal
- Court fees
- Barrister fees
- Expert report fees
- Cost of interpreters if required
- Translations
- Attending any Home Office interviews
- DNA tests where appropriate
- Any other costs related to your matter that are payable to third parties, but which will be agreed with you beforehand
If the case is complex, we reserve the right to charge an additional supplement, but this will be agreed with you from the onset or as soon as the complexity occurs/becomes known to us.

One off advice consultation – £400.00 to £600.00 plus VAT depending on complexity
- During this one-off consultation for up to 1 hour, we will take instructions and advise you on the law, process, requirements and documents for making an application. There is no follow up service to this unless fully instructed.
Entry clearance – applying from abroad to join family in the UK – £2,000.00 to £4,000.00 plus VAT depending on complexity
- Spousal/fiancé/proposed civil partner/unmarried partner/adult dependant relatives/child
Other entry clearance application (applying from abroad) – £1,600.00 – £2,000.00 plus VAT
- Tier 4 student

Entry Clearance – visit visa for tourism or visiting friends/family – £1,750.00 to £2,500.00 plus VAT
Applying from abroad for direct family members (pre-flight spouse and children) to join a refugee in the UK – £1,750.00 to £2,250.00 plus VAT depending on complexity

A supplement for each additional dependant/multiple applicants of £350.00 to £1,000.00 plus VAT may apply
Appeal at the First Tier Tribunal
Fees are approximate, depending on the reasons for refusal and complexity, but once we have reviewed the refusal, will agree a fixed fee quote.
- Court fee to lodge – £140.00 for an oral hearing or £80.00 for a paper hearing
- Our fixed fee £2500.00 to £5000.00 plus vat
- Counsel fee to drafting an appeal skeleton argument (ASA) – approximately £500.00 to 700.00 plus vat (subject to fee quotes and agreed before instructing)
Once our bundle has been submitted with the ASA, the Respondent (UKVI) will then be required to review their decision, if the refusal is withdrawn and leave granted, the matter will end. If the refusal is maintained the matter will be listed for a hearing, when there will be a further fee for counsel to attend court:
- Counsel to attend court / advocacy fee: approximately £700.00 to £1200.00 plus vat (subject to fee quotes and agreed before instructing)
