Recent Cases
- Lead partner in the disposal of assets for the administrators of First Quench Ltd(Threshers etc). Kamal led the Sydney Mitchell team in the disposal of a large number of retail units as quickly and cost effectively as possible.
- The administration of a group of waste companies, including landfill site and recycling plant. This involved the Environment Agency and effected local and national issues.
- Contractual dispute between a UK supplier and a Dubai national telecoms company.
