Julian has a broad knowledge and experience of commercial agreements and transactions and of the legal issues relevant to businesses generally.

He has advised AIM listed, multi-national and household name companies in manufacturing, construction and retail, SMEs and OMBs, a Regional Development Agency, media, local authority and university clients.

He mixes technical skills and attention to detail with a pragmatic approach and a commitment to understanding and delivering clients commercial objectives.

Julian has worked on numerous acquisitions and disposals including cross border deals for up to £40m.
