Katie is a Paralegal in our Private Client team.
Katie specialises in private client services, particularly in the areas of estate planning and the administration of estates. This consists of preparing Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, trusts, together with assisting clients apply for probate or deal with the full administration of the estate for them.
Katie’s excellent communication skills, enthusiasm, and joy for problem solving allows her clients to navigate the sensitive nature of estate planning with ease and leave their meeting with a smile on their faces.
Whilst gaining hands-on experience in the Private Client department, Katie is currently studying to sit her Solicitors Qualifying Exams (SQE) in 2027 via a Graduate Solicitor Apprenticeship, having originally joined Sydney Mitchell in October 2023 as a Wills Assistant.
A graduate of Liverpool John Moores University, Katie completed her studies with a 2:1 in law.
