Rupesh is a Solicitor in our Commercial Property team.
Rupesh acts for commercial clients (Companies, LLPs, Trusts) as well as individuals seeking to buy, sell or lease commercial properties (high street shops, retail units in a shopping centre, industrial units, pubs etc.). He also acts for lenders such as bridging finance companies but also high street lenders when our clients obtain funding to purchase a property.
His expertise encompasses a wide range of legal documents and agreements, including leases, rent deposit deeds, and various types of licences including but not exclusively licences for alterations, assignments, and subletting.
Rupesh enjoys the variety of work which passes his desk and working with a variety of clients, his knowledge and experience enables him to assist clients so that they are well informed and kept up-to-date. He also enjoys assisting other members of the team and researching and working on queries as a team to find a solution.

Rupesh joined Sydney Mitchell in December 2019 having previously worked as a residential and commercial property paralegal for a Birmingham law firm.
As a devoted Liverpool FC supporter, Rupesh enjoys watching football together with a variety of other sports such as cricket, tennis, snooker, darts etc. Besides sports, Rupesh also enjoys music, and he once considered becoming a DJ, although DJing at Sydney Mitchell’s Christmas parties may not be on the cards just yet! Rupesh also has a love for the cinema, particularly Marvel, DC, and Harry Potter films.
Rupesh often takes part in quizzes or trivia nights centred around the wizarding world.
