About Hayley

Hayley is a Solicitor and contentious trusts and probate specialist in our Dispute Resolution team.

Hayley enjoys building strong relationships with her clients to guide them through their matter to reach a positive outcome.

Hayley graduated from the University of Liverpool and went onto complete a combined LPC and Masters Degree at the University of Law.

She joined Sydney Mitchell as a paralegal in 2019, qualifying as a solicitor in 2025. She is a member of Future Faces in Birmingham and plays an active role in Sydney Mitchell’s Social Committee previously raising over £600 for cancer research.

Outside of work Hayley enjoys travelling, camping and hanging out with her cocker spaniel Murphy.

Hayley also has experience in general litigation and commercial litigation and supports the wider team in these matters. Her recent matters have included obtaining a worldwide freezing injunctions against directors and agents in respect of monies taken from businesses, professional negligence claims against solicitors, debt recovery, court of appeal matters, claims against banks, and contract disputes.
