Charlotte is a Senior Associate Solicitor in our Private Client team and is a qualified Trust & Estates Practitioner with the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and an accredited member of the Association of Lifetime Lawyers.
Charlotte advises clients on a wide variety of Private Client matters including complex Wills, Enduring and Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection applications, but her passion lies with complex estate and trust administration.
Charlotte originally joined Sydney Mitchell in 2018 as a Wills Assistant and qualified as a Solicitor in 2020. Charlotte qualified as a TEP in 2022 also progressing within the firm, with the latest promotion to Senior Associate in April 2025.
In her spare time Charlotte enjoys spending time with her horses and her dogs Maggie. She is co-chair of Alvechurch Riding Club where she actively takes part in all aspects of its operations, from planning social events to camps and competitions. Charlotte is keen to combine her passion for horses and country life with her knowledge of Private Client matters and therefore takes a keen interest in agricultural matters.
