Benazir is a Solicitor in our Corporate and Commercial team, based in the Birmingham office. She advises businesses on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters.
She has worked with a diverse range of clients, including GP, dental and veterinary practices, hotels, SMEs and financial management companies.
Benazir is committed to providing clear, practical, and commercially focused advice, working closely with clients to support their business objectives.
Benazir graduated with an LLB (Hons) and completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at the University of Law. She joined Sydney Mitchell as a Solicitor in 2025, having previously worked at another West Midlands law firm.
Outside of work, Benazir enjoys travelling, exploring different cultures, getting stuck into a good documentary and practicing reformer Pilates. She also enjoys spending time with friends and family, embracing new experiences whenever possible.
