The Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS)
The CQS is a recognised quality standard for residential conveyancing practices in England and Wales. It aims to improve the quality and consistency of services provided by these practices and to combat against fraud and money laundering activity. The scheme is renewed every 12 months. The CQS Charter outlines the minimum standards clients can expect, ensuring thorough knowledge and skill in handling conveyancing transactions

Resolution is an association of over 6,500 family justice professionals in England and Wales, who believe in a constructive, non-confrontational approach to family matters. Resolution also campaigns for improvements to the family justice system.
