What will it cost? Nothing if you lose!

  • No upfront fees or deposits.

  • No win no fee - if you lose you pay nothing.

  • 10% increase in damages for pain and suffering.

What is 'No Win No Fee' Compensation?

We operate a Conditional Fee system which means that if you lose you pay nothing. Due to a change in the law on 1st April 2013, if you win there will be a deduction from your damages towards our fees and any insurance taken out.

To compensate for having to pay legal costs from your damages, the level of damages you can receive for pain and suffering has increased by 10%.

So, what do you pay when you win?

1. A success fee limited to 25% of damages, for pain and past financial losses.

2. Any insurance taken out (if a clinical negligence claim, you only pay part of the premium).

Making your No Win No Fee Claim - Our commitment to you

What sets us apart is our long-standing commitment to not only obtaining compensation for you, but to ensure those damages compensate you fully for the effects of the injuries you have sustained, and your financial losses both in the past and in the future.

Obtaining the correct level of damages to which you entitled to is only part of the service we provide. All of our clients are kept fully informed as to the progress of their claim.

Following full, expert and considered advice from us, we help you to make your own decisions at every stage of their claim on how you wish to proceed.

The effects of an injury can be devastating physically, emotionally and financially. We will provide full support to you, assisting in minimising the impact of an accident by ensuring you receive, where appropriate; private medical treatment, physiotherapy, nursing care, counselling, a replacement vehicle, interim payments to replace lost wages, etc.

Make your claim with Confidence

Our specialists in our personal injury team are able to provide an enhanced level of service, which sets us apart from our competitors, so that you can be confident about your future following an accident.

Many claims management companies charge an "insurance" or "administration fee". Others offer you a loan to pay the fees and/or the insurance premium and roll up interest on top. There are many horror stories of claimants winning their cases and receiving nothing - indeed some actually end up owing money to the Claim company.

The Law Society provide a standard form of agreement for "No Win No Fee" cases which is called a Conditional Fee Agreement. This sets out our agreement with you in detail and we will provide you with a copy and detailed explanation of the agreement from the outset to make sure you are happy with the content.  We will not force you into signing anything against your wishes and we will always answer any questions you may have.
