About Jessica

Jessica is a Paralegal in our Employment Law team. She supports the team on a wide rang of employment matters including settlement agreements, Employment Tribunal claims, whistleblowing investigations, and general advisory work for both employers and employees.

Prior to joining the Employment team, Jessica gained experience in our Private Client department where she assisted with a variety of matters involving Wills, Trusts and the Administration of Estates. This broad foundation has given her valuable insight into client care and the diverse legal issues that both individuals and businesses face.
Jessica is dedicated to creating a comfortable environment for her clients, ensuring they feel supported when discussing sensitive and personal matters. Her experience has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of client needs and a strong ability to provide practical, empathetic guidance.

Background

Jessica graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2019 with an LLB in History & Philosophy. During this time, Jessica was highly involved with the University’s rugby team following a successful period representing Worcester, Midlands and England at under 18 level earning her and England Cap.

Jessica then began her legal academic journey completing the Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) with the University of Law Birmingham and then went on to complete the Legal Practice Course (LPC) with an LLM.

Jessica transferred into the Employment Law team as part of her training to qualify as a solicitor and having done so, is committed to developing her expertise in this area and qualifying into the Employment Team.

Outside of work, she enjoys hot yoga and visiting Padstow, where she loves exploring the coastline and trying out the local food spots.
