Ben Lyons is a Partner in Sydney Mitchell’s Commercial Property team, based at our City office. With more than 20 years of legal experience, Ben advises clients on a wide range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, secured lending and refinancing, landlord and tenant issues, and site development projects.
Dual-qualified in Ireland and England & Wales, Ben began his legal career in Ireland before building extensive experience across both jurisdictions. He has worked with a number of well-respected firms throughout his career and holds an LLM from the University of Birmingham.
Ben is passionate about helping clients achieve their commercial objectives through practical, high-quality legal advice and enjoys working alongside colleagues across the firm to deliver successful outcomes.
Outside of work, Ben is a keen sports enthusiast and enjoys running, travelling, attending concerts, and keeping up with current affairs and history. A dedicated supporter of the Woodland Trust, he has completed all six World Marathon Majors, including the Boston Marathon.
