Sydney Mitchell named among the West Midlands’ four most highly recommended law firms

7 August 2026

Sydney Mitchell has been ranked fourth among the West Midlands’ most highly recommended law firms following an analysis of client feedback gathered through Legal 500’s annual research.

The regional firm was placed alongside some of the UK’s largest national and international legal practices in research measuring clients’ likelihood of recommending their law firm.

The findings, published by Legal Business, draw on nearly 200,000 client responses from across the UK. Firms required at least 150 responses and multiple Legal 500 rankings to be included.

The research uses Net Promoter Score, a widely recognised measure of client satisfaction and is calculated using responses to the question: “On a scale of 0–10, how likely are you to recommend this firm?”

Karen Moores, senior partner at Sydney Mitchell, said:

“Being recommended by a client is one of the strongest endorsements a law firm can receive. This recognition is particularly meaningful because it is based on the experiences and confidence of the businesses, organisations and individuals we serve.

“Our aim is to build trusted relationships, provide clear advice and help every client achieve a positive outcome. To be ranked among the four most highly recommended law firms in the West Midlands is a tremendous reflection of the care and commitment shown by colleagues across Sydney Mitchell.

“I would like to thank our clients for continuing to place their trust in us and everyone across the firm who contributes to the experience they receive.”
