Heleena is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution and Restructuring and Insolvency Teams. 

Heleena is a well rounded litigator and has over 10 years of experience. Heleena has worked on a wide variety of cases to include insolvency, commercial and civil litigation matters for both individuals and businesses.

Heleena has particular expertise in acting for bridging lenders and individuals in respect of possession claims for regulated and non-regulated activity and advising bridging lenders on their enforcement and recovery options. Heleena also has experience dealing with consumer credit matters particularly claims of unfair relationship against bridging lenders in breach of the Consumer Credit Act.

Heleena has a commercial approach to handling matters. She always strives to meet her client’s expectations and aims to achieve the best possible outcome for her clients.

Heleena has worked on matters such as contractual claims, commercial disputes, shareholder disputes, personal and corporate insolvency to include issuing and setting aside statutory demands, issuing winding up petitions as well as the appointment of receivers and administrators.
