About Tracy

Tracy Creed is a Partner and head of Sydney Mitchell’s Private Client team.

Tracy has been practicing for over twenty-six years and deals with a broad spectrum of probate client work from estate planning to probate and trust matters.

Tracy’s particular expertise lies in advising families where their loved one is receiving care at home or is moving into care placement and the minefield that is care funding. She specialises in Continuing Healthcare funding (CHC) and will attend and advocate at care assessments and appeals. This type of work requires an unusual combination of clinical understanding and legal knowledge which means there are few firms that provide expertise in this niche area. Tracy has helped clients secure fully funded packages of care in excess of £960,000 per year.
