With a sharp eye for detail and a passion for helping clients navigate complex property transactions, Shilpa brings both legal expertise and commercial awareness to every transaction.
Known for her pragmatic advice and personable approach, she has guided clients across a diverse range of business sectors including finance, healthcare, manufacturing, engineering and retail, providing comprehensive legal support on property transactions to companies, owner managed businesses, private individuals, investors, partnerships, SIPPs and lenders.
With over twenty years’ experience in Commercial Property, Shilpa joined Sydney Mitchell as an associate solicitor in 2014, becoming a Partner in 2022.
Outside of work Shilpa enjoys running, swimming, going to the gym and home renovation projects.
Shilpa enjoys building lasting relationships and ensuring that every transaction runs smoothly from start to finish.
Shilpa speaks fluent Gujarati.
