About Charles
Charles is an integral member of the team as our Costs Draftsman.
His role as a Costs Draftsman involves the management and negotiation of legal costs, ensuring precision, fairness and transparency in legal costs and charging structures.
Charles joined Sydney Mitchell in 1999 when the firm first brought cost drafting in-house.
Charles works closely with our Family, Dispute Resolution, and Private Client teams, providing invaluable support, ensuring that the costs budgeting aspect of legal proceedings is handled efficiently and effectively.
Beyond his professional commitments, Charles has a passion for discovering new places to eat; cooking and learning about the latest advancements in technology.
