Residential Conveyancer – FTC 12 Months Maternity Leave Cover

Based at our offices in Sheldon, we are looking for a full time Residential Conveyancer on a 12-month fixed term contract to start in January 2027. You will be managing a high-volume caseload of residential property sales. You will need to communicate professionally and effectively with clients, 3rd parties, customers and colleagues by phone and in writing, within tight deadlines.

Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer or Conveyancer

We are looking for someone who has between 2 – 3 Years experience of managing their own caseload of conveyancing transactions from instruction to post completion

• Enthusiastic and committed
• Approachable, well presented and professional
