A graduate visa in the UK is a post-study work visa that allows international students to remain in the country for a period of time after completing their degree.
What are your options?
We can apply for you for leave to remain on the graduate route, available for students with a valid student visa, who have successfully completed their studies, and wanting to look for work and gain experience in the UK.
Following a successful application
Applicants, if successful, will be able to work in the UK for a limited period of time. Unlike the more stringent skilled worker category, which requires sponsorship, applicants in the graduate route do not need a minimum salary or to have sponsorship from an employer and will therefore have more work flexibility.
The graduate visa cannot be extended. You will need to either switch into another category if you meet the requirements of another route, or leave the UK, at the end of the graduate visa.
Do we offer legal aid?
We do not offer legal aid, but can represent you on a fee paying basis if you do not qualify for legal aid.
