Sydney Mitchell appoints professional services specialist as Head of Marketing

Midlands law firm Sydney Mitchell has appointed Kelly White as Head of Marketing as part of the firm’s continued investment in brand development, client engagement, and long-term growth.

Kelly joins Sydney Mitchell with more than two decades of experience spanning legal, professional services and commercial marketing. She has built a strong reputation for delivering strategic marketing, business development and communications initiatives that strengthen brand visibility, support client growth, and enhance market positioning.

Based in the Midlands, Kelly will work closely with the firm’s leadership team to further develop Sydney Mitchell’s profile across its key practice areas and sectors, while supporting the firm’s continued focus on client experience and relationship-led growth.

Kelly brings extensive experience across strategic marketing, brand development, communications, stakeholder engagement and digital marketing. Throughout her career, she has worked with a range of organisations to deliver insight-led campaigns, strengthen client engagement and support business transformation initiatives.

Kelly says: “Sydney Mitchell stood out to me because of its strong reputation, people-first culture and clear commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

“The firm’s openness to exploring how emerging technologies can enhance marketing effectiveness, improve client engagement and support wider commercial objectives within the sector was another key factor,” she adds. “I am a data-driven marketeer and am keen to ensure that the marketing function has a positive, and demonstrable, commercial and financial impact.”

Kelly’s appointment reflects Sydney Mitchell’s continued investment in its people, brand and client offering as the firm continues to strengthen its position within the Midlands legal market.

Karen Moores, Senior Partner at Sydney Mitchell comments: “Kelly brings a wealth of experience, commercial insight and energy to the firm. She has a strong track record of developing marketing strategies that support business growth and enhance client relationships.

“She will play an important role in helping us continue to raise our profile, strengthen engagement with clients and intermediaries, and support the firm’s long-term strategic objectives. We are delighted to welcome her to Sydney Mitchell.”
