Home1 / Immigration – fixed fees

We charge a fixed fee which will be agreed with you from the start.

All our fees include the following unless stated otherwise:

  • Attending on client
  • Taking instructions
  • Advising and considering documents
  • Preparing and submitting the application with detailed legal representations
  • Providing follow up advice on timelines and the outcome of the application

The fee does not include:

  • Home Office / Visa fees and any Premium Service supplements
  • Immigration Health Surcharge payments
  • Housing Reports for Immigration purposes
  • Cost for an on-going appeal
  • Court fees
  • Barrister fees
  • Expert report fees
  • Cost of interpreters if required
  • Translations
  • Attending any Home Office interviews
  • DNA tests where appropriate
  • Any other costs related to your matter that are payable to third parties

A supplement of £350 to £1,000 +VAT may apply for each additional dependant / multiple applicants

If the case is of particular complexity, we reserve the right to charge an additional supplement, but this will be agreed with you from the onset or as soon as the complexity occurs/becomes known to us.

We cannot guarantee how long the Home Office / Visa Centre will take to process your application. Please refer to the current processing times on the Home Office Website.

The below list is for the most popular types of service. For any other service not listed below, please contact our team for a free no obligation discussion and fee quote.

One off advice consultation – £400 to £500 +VAT depending on complexity

– During this one off consultation for up to 1 hour, we will take instructions and advise you on the law, process,  requirements and documents for making an application. There is no follow up service to this unless fully instructed.

Entry Clearance  – applying from abroad to join family in the UK – £2,000 to £4,000 +VAT depending on complexity

– Spousal/Fiancé/Proposed Civil Partner/Unmarried partner/Adult Dependant Relatives/Child

Entry Clearance Application (applying from abroad) – £1,600 – £2,000 +VAT

– Tier 4 student

– Tier 5 temporary workers

– Ancestry visas if you are a Commonwealth citizen, have a grandparent who was born in the UK and are able and planning to work in the UK

Entry Clearance – Visit Visa for tourism or visiting friends/family – £1,750 to £2,500 +VAT

Applying from abroad for direct family members (pre-flight spouse and children) to join a refugee in the UK – £1,750 to £2,250 +VAT depending on complexity

Applying from abroad for all other family members to join a refugee in the UK – £1,800 to £2,500 +VAT depending on complexity.

In country applications for Leave to Remain  – £1,500 to £2,500 +VAT – depending on complexity

– Spousal/Fiancée/Proposed Civil Partner/Unmarried partner/Family life and Private life routes

In country applications for students – Tier  4 – £1,500 +VAT

In country Indefinite Leave to Remain/ Settlement Applications – £1,800 to £2,500 +VAT – depending on complexity

– Spousal/Unmarried partner/Ancestry/Family life and Private life routes

Long Residence Applications – £2,000 to £4,000 +VAT depending on complexity

– In Country Long Residence 10 Years (continuous legal residence)

– In Country Long Residence 20 Year route

Application from abroad for family members to join EU Citizens in the UK – £2,000 to £4,000 +VAT

 

EU Settlement Scheme Applications – £1,500 to £2,500 +VAT

 

Applying for British Citizenship for an adult (over 18) – £1,500 to £2,500 +VAT depending on complexity

 

Applying for British Citizenship for a child (under 18) – £1,400 to £2,000 +VAT depending on complexity
