Applying for Probate

If you are an executor of a will, a 'grant of probate' may be required so you can arrange the estate and other affairs after someone's death. We are able to assist you with this, please contact the team to find out what is involved.

How long does Probate take?

Normally we aim to apply for a grant of Probate within a few weeks of the death. However, for more complicated matters it can take longer, it all depends on the level of assets involved.
