Fixed Fees*

We charge a fixed fee relative to the price of your property subject to a minimum charge of £2250 plus VAT and third party disbursements. This will cover the cost of all the legal and estate agency fees to sell your house*. Contact us for a free valuation and quotation.

What will we do for our single fee?

• Produce high quality sales particulars
• Advertise your property in the local press
• Advertise on three websites including Rightmove.co.uk
• Provide your property with a For Sale Board
• Arrange viewings and accompany if required
• Negotiate the sale on YOUR behalf
• Help reduce the timescale of your transaction
• Thoroughly check the deeds to your property
• Prepare a contract in readiness for your buyer
• Maintain regular client contact scheduled to suit you
• Provide up to date information throughout the after-sale process
• Provide you with the ability to check the progress of your sale on-line

*plus third party expenses and the cost of a Home Information Pack. Sydney Mitchell respects any 'sole selling rights'. If you have already instructed an Estate Agency, please refer to your Agency Agreement to avoid the liability of paying two commission fees.
