On 11th September 2014 Sydney Mitchell will be holding its Charity Golf Day in support of the Maria Watt Foundation and the Birmingham Women's Hospital Charity. The event takes place at the Robin Hood Golf Club, St Bernards Rd, Solihull, West Midlands B92 7DJ.
The Stableford Competition will begin with a Shotgun start at 1pm. Registration, tea, coffee and bacon sandwiches will be from 11.45 am finishing at 5 pm. A buffet will be served from 5.30 pm and prizes awarded at 6.30 pm.

Our two nominated charities are the Maria Watt Foundation and the Birmingham Women’s Hospital Charity; two worthy causes so your involvement and sponsorship is very important. If anyone wishes to donate prizes for the raffle they will be gratefully received.
Maria Watt Foundation raises funds to support specific projects such as the recent development of a Teenage Cancer Unit at Birmingham Children’s Hospital. They are also actively involved in raising awareness of the early signs of childhood cancer working with schools and GPs. Support is also given to the Beads of Courage Programme which helps to decrease illness related stress through using positive coping strategies to help children suffering serious illness. About the Birmingham Women’s Hospital ‘BWH’ – Neonatal appeal - BWH Charity supports the work of Birmingham Women's Hospital. They fundraise to provide vital equipment and facilities to enable the best possible care for the women and babies of the West Midlands region. The Birmingham Women’s Hospital Neonatal "Tiny Babies, Big Appeal" is the Neonatal appeal at Birmingham Women's Hospital.
