Parents may be offered positions abroad, either for a specific time or with endless possibilities of a permanent move. Likewise, Grandparents may have chosen to move to a warm climate with a more relaxed way of life and promises of frequent long holidays for their family.
Although these changes can be viewed with a mixture of excitement and fear, if both parents agree, then their children can explore new vistas.

He has not disappointed in that, but questions remain over whether the effect of the expenditure cuts and the mixture of tax increases and decreases in the Budget will be to depress growth and to stymie the desired effect in the medium term. Time will tell.

Other than freezing Council Tax, there was precious little to cheer in the Budget other than the hope that it may have the desired effect of reducing the yawning deficit in the public finances: time will tell regarding that.

However for employers the world cup can present a number of challenges in the workplace, not least the possibility of increased absenteeism, loss of focus and concentration and heightened emotion, which could lead to clashes. There will also be employees that are not interested in the football who could still be affected by the actions of others.
