Sydney Mitchell has launched a new product which is aimed at corporate and commercial businesses, called “Employment Armour”.  This is an employment law annual fixed fee retainer aimed at ensuring that companies are compliant with the ever changing employment law landscape.

It is important for SMEs and UK subsidiaries of overseas companies to get good quality advice and assistance which is both cost effective and from solicitors who really understand their client’s business. Within Employment Armour we have also included some optional extras for those companies that do not have any HR function or may be classed as higher risk in relation to Health & Safety obligations. Employment Armour also offers the option of legal protection insurance which can cover the legal costs associated with an Employment Tribunal as well as any Employment Tribunal award.
