Our fees are 1.15% subject to a minimum charge of £1950 plus VAT and third party disbursements . This will cover the cost of all the legal and estate agency fees to sell your house.*

What will we do for our single fee?

• Produce high quality sales particulars
• Advertise your property in the local press
• Advertise on three websites including Rightmove.co.uk
• Provide your property with a For Sale Board
• Arrange viewings and accompany if required
• Negotiate the sale on YOUR behalf
• Help reduce the timescale of your transaction
• Thoroughly check the deeds to your property
• Prepare a contract in readiness for your buyer
• Maintain regular client contact scheduled to suit you
• Provide up to date information throughout the after-sale process
• Provide you with the ability to check the progress of your sale on-line
