Training for Licensed Trade and Leisure Industry
The BII run a number of Licensing Law training courses on both the Licensing Act 2003 and the Gambling Act 2005. These assist those working in these areas. But what if you don’t want to apply for your personal licence and just want a quick introduction to this area of Law?
We have designed specific Licensing Act and Gambling Act training sessions for all involved in the Leisure Industry to give those attending a solid basis and understanding of how the law fits in with day to day aspects of those involved in the licensed trade and leisure industry.
Although this area is complex, we endeavour to simplify wherever possible. Giving a comprehensive run through on all aspects of these areas of law which effect how your business is run.
The training
Although we are based in Birmingham, the courses can be run at a time and venue to suit yourselves. We can also find a suitable venue if required. Included in the training are full documentation and support packs. Many involve interactive sessions and can be tailored to your specific requirements. Often courses are run at weekends or evenings to fit in with your bar staff duties and committee meetings.
