About Amanda Holland

Amanda became a Family Lawyer in 1994. She is a member of Resolution and a collaborative lawyer. Amanda is a member of the West Midlands Collaborative Family Law pod and has contact with a wide range of experts including barristers, financial advisors, pensions advisors, surveyors and accountants. Amanda was a finalist of The Law Society Awards Legal Executive of the Year. She represents clients both in the UK and abroad and can advise on:

  • Divorce
  • Finances, particularly high value financial claims; including businesses and pensions and assets out of jurisdiction.
  • Protecting assets – S37 Matrimonial Causes Act 1973
