Qualified in March 1999, Jane Flemming specialises in Family Law. Jane has particular expertise in separation issues, divorce and ancillary relief, contact and residence disputes, non molestation and occupation orders, prohibited steps orders and specific issue orders. She also deals with Cohabitation disputes and living together agreements.

Jane is a member of the Birmingham Law Society Family Law Committee as well as Resolution and she is also on the Family Law panel for the Family Law Accreditation Scheme.
