Georgina Walsh is a Consultant, based at the firms Shirley office on the Stratford Road, Solihull. Georgina is familiar with the location having practiced in the Shirley area for the last 22 years at both Johnson Walsh and Harris Cooper Walsh.

Georgina was born and educated in Solihull and studied Law at Warwick and at the Law Society's College of Law in Chester. She has a broad and loyal client base that has come to her through recommendation.

Her client base includes corporate clients with business turnovers ranging from thousands to millions of pounds as well as private individuals, including many generations of some long standing client families.

She specialises in all types of commercial property transactions and has built a very successful department dealing with all types of residential conveyancing transactions, ranging from matrimonial transfers to lease extensions and plot development sales.

Georgina also assists many clients whose work takes them abroad for extensive contractual time periods and who need to empower a professional that they can communicate with easily and who can act on varied matters in their enforced absence.

Being professional and at the same time understanding, many clients instruct Georgina to help plan and carry out their wishes in preparation for when they pass away, or in anticipation of becoming incapacitated through foreseen or unforeseen circumstances.
